MARKETING CREATIVE, MARK HENDERSON, came to us with his concept for a Dorito’s spec spot. We thought it was fun, clever, and tight enough to spend a couple pro-bono days on.

After Michael helped refine Mark’s storyboards, we scheduled the shoot over one day with only the sun and reflectors, using the vastly shifting fall-season light to creative effect. Note the use of late-afternoon light on the moments when our hero is in the “magical realm” of pursuing the cart.

Mark and Michael recorded Foley of the shopping cart and Michael cut, graded, and sound designed the finished :30 spot.
